Great Lakes of the World at Boulder Junction Library

Midwesterners take pride in our access to the Great Lakes, especially Lake Superior as the world's largest freshwater lake by surface area. Learn about our local Great Lakes, and other magnificent great lakes of the world that will captivate you by their grandeur, volume, and ecological significance.  This program will include fascinating facts about Vilas County’s own Trout Lake as a great lake in the Northwoods region. This program includes a slideshow presentation and is intended for older children and adults.
