Description

Join a Discovery Center Naturalist as we reveal this month's book Twelve Days of Winter: A Wildlife Celebration by Sherri Maret. In this reimagined version of The Twelve Days of Christmas, winter wildlife is observed as the snow comes. What animals do you think you might see? Do you think bears will be included? Why or why not? The only way to find out is to read or sing along as animals watch their world get blanketed by gentle layers of snow.

Please register the child/children names only. Space is limited and registration is required by 1/30/26. These programs are free of charge and are sponsored by the Shepherd-Howells Fund. Participants will meet in the Forest Classroom in the Discovery Hall. The first 10 families to register will received a copy of the book thanks to the generosity of the Shepherd-Howells Fund! Saturday 1 -2 pm.
