Explore the natural world through outdoor adventures. Depending on the season, we will hike, bike, ski or snowshoe while learning from Northwoods experts – naturalists, historians, geologists – in an engaging, recreational approach to nature education.
Description
Join Discovery Center Naturalists as we travel along the Lumberjack Trails in Boulder Junction. Learn about this unique area and seek out animal sign as we enjoy our time in the woods. Attendees will be provided headsets for ease of listening/learning while out on the trail! Trail length will be approximately 3 miles. \
Support for this project was provided through the Boulder Junction Community Foundation. This is a free event, but space is limited and registration is required by 1/21/26. An email will be sent to registered participants prior to the program with information about where to meet. Friday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
