Explore the natural world through outdoor adventures. Depending on the season, we will hike, bike, ski or snowshoe while learning from Northwoods experts – naturalists, historians, geologists – in an engaging, recreational approach to nature education.
Description
In partnership with local WinMan trails, we invite you and your families to join us for a Moonshoe in celebration of the Wolf Moon! The evening's festivities will begin with s'mores by the fire. Individuals and families are invited to explore wolf and other nocturnal animal artifacts while enjoying their tasty treats. At 7:30pm, the group will snowshoe on WinMan's trails and learn about the creatures that dwell there.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required by 1/2/26. Saturday 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Free for Members of NLDC or WinMan; $5/Non-Members; $3 ages 12 and under.
