Bat Fest 2025

Join us for the 2nd annual Bat Fest at the Discovery Center to be held on October 18th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm!  This will be a celebration of bats and other nocturnal animals; featuring crafts, games, activities, live bat meet & greet, food for purchase by Tip ups and more!  Activities include: Live bat programs, nocturnal animal crafts, educational bat activities (including "Become a Bat Biologist"), and walk-through bat cave!  

This FREE event features a live bat meet & greet, educational nocturnal animal activities, a walk through bat cave, and critter crafts! This year we are welcoming the Raptor Education Group Inc. to meet some of Wisconsin's raptors of the night and learn about their unique adaptations. Food will be available for purchase by Rustic Roots Catering in our Historic YCC Lodge.
