Description
Join us for "Smokin' Meats with Ryan and Don" at the North Lakeland Discovery Center, where we'll explore the art of smoking and curing meats in a fun, relaxed setting. Learn about traditional methods, modern techniques, and simple recipes you can try at home. No need to be an expert, this is all about enjoying the process and good conversation. Afterward, we’ll gather on the porch to taste the results and unwind with some cold beverages.
Space is limited to 20 participants, so sign up early to join us for this laid-back, flavorful experience! Registration required by 8/19/2025. Thursday, 5 - 7 PM. $40/Non-Member and $30/Member.
