Explore the natural world through outdoor adventures. Depending on the season, we will hike, bike, ski or snowshoe while learning from Northwoods experts – naturalists, historians, geologists – in an engaging, recreational approach to nature education.
Description
Embark on an exciting guided hike through our .8-mile interpretive trail, weaving through towering pines, lush hardwoods, and mysterious bogs. Along the way, you’ll uncover hidden wonders of the forest and even climb up into a tree fort for a whole new perspective!
Registration required by 6/20/25. Free program, donations appreciated. Saturday, 10 -11:30 AM. Participants will meet at the Information Kiosk at the Discovery Center Campus.
