Eco Explorers (ages 8-11): Backyard Wildlife Detectives

Become a nature detective as we search for the creatures that call our backyard home! Who left those bite marks on a stick? Could that be scat? Join us to uncover the answers! In this engaging children’s program, participants will explore backyard wildlife through hands-on activities, enjoy a story, and have a snack. This is a drop-off program, so parents should plan to return for pick-up at the end.

Participants must be prepared to spend time outside, dressed for the weather, and bring a water bottle with them. Please note that this year Eco Explorers (ages 8-11) and Eco Discoverers (ages 4-7) will happen simultaneously, but age groups will experience the programs separately. 

Registration required by 6/17/2025.  Thursday, 9:30 - 11:30 AM.  $20/Non-Member and $15/Member.  Participants can be dropped off in the Discovery Hall.
