Description
Join NLDC Naturalists on this interpretive birding paddle and hike combo trip! The Deadhorse Trail, located in a special management unit dedicated to intensive management for ruffed grouse, is adjacent to the Little Turtle River where we're sure to see a variety of unique bird species. This program will include an intermediate 2-3 mile hike over rolling terrain, followed by a 1-2 mile paddle on a lazy river. Canoes, paddles, and PFD's will be provided.
Registration is required by 6/10/25. Thursday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. $48/Non-Member and $38/Member. Participants will be contacted by email prior to the trip with more details.
