These programs are for the next nature-appreciating generation. Adapted for kids of all ages, they are engaging, educational and fun!

Description

Join a Discovery Center Naturalist as we reveal the latest story along StoryWalk Trail, Spinning Spiders. This is a program that connects literacy and outdoor recreation by placing a children’s nature-themed story out along the trail. We will walk and read the new book together, followed by a fun craft! This program is great for kids aged 4-7 – parents are asked to stay with their children and participate.

Please register the child/children names only. Space is limited and registration is required by 11/1/24. These programs are free of charge and are sponsored by the Shepherd/Howells Fund. The first 10 families registered will receive a copy of this month’s book! Participants will meet at the Teal Cabin at the Discovery Center. Saturday 10 AM - 11 AM.
