Description
Our team will teach you tips and tricks for identifying aquatic plants. We will review the specimens collected in Part One, and everyone will press their favorite plants to preserve them on herbarium paper. Pressed plants make beautiful samples, and we will show you how to 'float' plants to capture their underwater shape and structure. The plants will dry for three weeks.
Part Two of this series will be held indoors, and all plant pressing materials will be provided.
Registration is required by 9/3/24. $15/Members and $18/Non-Members. Wednesday, September 4th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
