These programs are for the next nature-appreciating generation. Adapted for kids of all ages, they are engaging, educational and fun!

Description

In the Northwoods we love our trees! Come explore the amazing adaptations of trees, learn how to identify common species, and the animals that call forests their home. Participants will have the opportunity to play educational games, create theme-relevant crafts, and enjoy a snack & a story during this educational children’s program.

Participants must be prepared to spend time outside, dressed for the weather, and bring a water bottle with them. Please note that this year Eco Explorers (ages 8-11) and Eco Discoverers (ages 4-7) will happen simultaneously, but age groups will experience the programs separately.

Registration required by 7/30/24. Thursday, 9:30 - 11:30 AM. $20/Non-Member and $15/Member. Participants will meet in the Teal Cabin/Forest/Water Room in Discovery Hall.
