Kid's Creative Movement and Art with Julie

Julie brings a variety of fun themes to each class blending creative movement and yoga, breathing techniques, music, and interactive games, ending with a mindful art activity.  Each child will be welcomed into a supportive and encouraging space.  Physically, yoga helps promote strength, increase flexibility, develop coordination, balance, and motor skills.  Yoga has also been found to have positive impact on social-emotional well-being by helping children manage stress and anxiety.  

Class will be held at the Discovery Center outdoors, or indoor during inclement weather.  Class intended for children ages 5-10 years. Registration is required by 6/30/24. $13/Members and $15/Non-Members.  Tuesday 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
