Join naturalist and terrarium/aquarium enthusiast Aidan in a terrarium 101 class. See what goes in to making a successful beautiful terrarium, whether that be for amazing planted display pieces or for making naturalistic style enclosures for reptile and amphibian pets. We will explore the science behind the microcosm ecosystem we create and learn all the basics to discover the simple joy of having your own personal little slice of nature in your home. All materials for making a small terrarium are inluded in this workshop.

Pre-registration required by 4/4/24. We will meet in the Forest Room on campus in our Nature Hall at the Discovery Center. Saturday 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM. $32/Non-Member and $25/Member.
