Description
Join us for the third program in our sense of place series. Naturalists Licia and Jenna delve into prehistoric life that once called Wisconsin and the Midwest home. As a follow-up to the geology presentation held last month, they will highlight the now extinct mega fauna that once roamed these lands after the glaciers retreated from the landscape. They will also highlight a few critters from the Cambrian period just because it is so cool that Wisconsin was once covered by a shallow inland sea (prior to glaciation).
Registration required by 2/21/23. Thursday 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm. Cash bar and light snacks at 5:30 pm, program starts at 6:00 pm. Program is held at the North Lakeland Discovery Center Main Lodge. $12/Non-Member, $8/Member.
