Green Infrastructure: Balancing Development and Ecology with Jamie Van

Water is patient, sturdy, yet delicate. Water flows around anything in its way. The interaction of people, infrastructure, and water has caused a movement for solutions. Green Infrastructure practices like rain gardens and permeable pavers have been developed to provide a network of integrated ecological solutions in urban areas. Join Water Program Director, Jamie Van, and learn about various green infrastructure practices and their benefits to our ecosystem.

 Registration is required by 12/3/23.  Wednesday 5:30 PM - 7 PM. Cash bar and light snacks at 5:30 pm, program starts at 6:00 pm.   Program is held at the North Lakeland Discovery Center Main Lodge. $20/Member and $25/Non-Member.
