Rescheduled - Turtle Flambeau Flowage Historic and Naturalist Day Pontoon Tour

THIS TRIP HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO THURSDAY, JULY 20, 11AM - 4PM.

Join Manitowish Waters Historical Society member Jim Bokern and NLDC Naturalist Hannah Gargrave on a pontoon tour of the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. This trip explores the histories, rich natural beauty and resources of the 13,000 acre Scenic Waters Area. Some historic images bound for personal viewing will be shared to better illustrate the history and cultural traditions of the area. 

Bring lunch and water. Registered participants will be sent directions to the landing. Registration required by 7/17. $90/Non-Member and $85/Member of the NLDC or MWHS

If this tour is cancelled due to weather, the rain date is will either be Thursday, July 20th, or Friday, July 21st.
