Author Series: Revolt: Practical Ecology to Save Planet Earth for our Children by Rand Atkinson

Join us as we celebrate our amazing local authors!  Rand Atkinson has worked in natural resources and land restoration through his entire career in Wisconsin and now wants to share thoughts and needed actions for future conservation and restoration through writing.  His  book contains 77 easy-to-read short essays regarding human relations to nature and the environment.  They are inspired by famous Wisconsin naturalist Aldo Leopold’s Land Ethic and book, SAND COUNTY ALMANAC.  He hopes his book “creates a new way for readers to observe nature, helps identify ways we are destroying it, and join an effort to do practical things to help not destroy it further.”  We will have a donation bar and Rand will have his books for sale.
