Knowledge at Noon: The Science of Hibernation

Northern winters can be very harsh, especially for all the critters that call these places home. So when the temperature drops, the lakes freeze, Northwoods animals take on the challenge in some pretty awesome ways, if they don’t just head south for the season. Join us to learn about the incredible adaptations that exist, especially in those that hibernate. Program held at the Presque Isle Community Library  Wednesday, December 1, 12 - 1 PM.
