Star Lake Nature Trail Interpretive Snowshoe (FULL- waitlist available)

Join Naturalist Licia on a fun and educational snowshoe hike around Star Lake Nature Trail. We will look for and talk about all the animal tracks we may encounter as well as all the cool winter adaptations Northwoods critters have to survive these colder months. The unique forestry history of the area will also be explored. This hike will be a little over 2 miles on moderate terrain. Saturday, 1 – 4 pm. Space is limited and pre-registration is required by 12/18. Registered participants will receive an email with directions to the trailhead. This program is sponsored by Barbara and Tom Olson and is offered at a reduced fee of $10/participant.
