Project LoonWatch Training

Every five years since 1985, LoonWatch has conducted a one-day loon survey on a pre-selected group of lakes to estimate the size and distribution of Wisconsin's Common Loon population. The next loon population survey will take place on July 18. Join Project LoonWatch Coordinator, Erica LeMoine, to learn how to participate in this Wisconsin Loon Population Survey and/or become a Loon Ranger with the Annual Lakes Monitoring Program.
