Summary
Upcycling is the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality and environmental value. Offered every other Thursday, January 16 - April 24, 4:30-6:30pm. Held at the Manitowish Waters Koller Library.
Description
Instructor Sherlene Schmidt from Glad Rag Rugs will guide participants in how to use scraps of fabric to create either a small pillow or tote bag. Ages 10+ welcome. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Materials to bring: scraps of fabric, ribbon and t-shirts.
Thursday, February 13, 4:30-6:30pm, Manitowish Waters Koller Library. $7 ($5 members). Pre-registration encouraged.
