Summary

At the Discovery Center our passion for environmental education is fueled by our mission to inspire an ethic of care for Wisconsin beautiful Northwoods resources. Our Eco-Series for youth goes beyond outdoor playtime and builds a framework of appreciation and stewardship based on Aldo Leopold’s land ethic. Each week’s theme is based on a chapter out of Leopold’s writings and we use age-appropriate activities explore our connections to nature and the land around us.
