Learn about the wolf population survey program, and how to locate wolves using telemetry and tracking.  Background on the history and biology of wolves, and the tools used to study wolves will be introduced. WDNR Biologists Ron Schultz and Adrian Wydeven, along with TWA Education Specialist Rad Watkins, lead a session on uses of radio telemetry in wolf studies, share how telemetry works, and will give hands-on opportunities through a field session. Great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the State and entire Midwest!
