The full program includes a slide presentation, "A Journey Through Nature To Creativity", given by the artist, Jim Ramsdell. This is followed by a carving demonstration, as well as a hands-on art project. Each young artist taps into their unique creativity, as they paint their own wooden feather or fish.

Wood Sculpture Demonstration and Family Activity
Join us on Saturday, July 30th for a special program from artist Jim Ramsdell. Jim is both a Drawing Water artist and Managing Director for Our Shared Planet, an organization dedicated to "Raising awareness through the art of Nature".
The 'Our Shared Planet' hands-on art program is a unique opportunity for children of all ages to create their own masterpiece of nature.
The 90 minute program includes:
- a captivating slideshow titled "A Journey Through Nature To Creativity"
- a carving demonstration
- hands-on art; each artist will tap into his or her creativity through painting a wooden feather or fish
The $15 helps cover the provided supplies.
