Join us for the annual "If you can't beat 'em, eat 'em." Center Staff will prepare for volunteers and partners a delicious dinner featuring, among other tasty treats - a Rusty Crayfish boil. We expect you to gobble up these invasives by the thousands! Live fiddle (bluegrass & more) by Tess Stephens.
