Connect with Tree Spirits - A Deep Dive Inward and Outward with Anne Drehfal

Let’s interact with trees as friends and call upon them for support and perspective! In this workshop, we will explore the profound connection between humans and the natural world. This class is intended to hone our ability to perceive beyond the thinking mind, tuning into our clair senses and sacred imagination. Through interaction with tree plant matter, walking meditation, guided journeys, and journaling/sketching, we’ll begin to map our individual nature support network. We’ll meet at least two tree spirits through meditation and outdoor discovery, and have time to share & reflect upon our experiences together.

As an artist and mediumistic teacher, information best lands for Anne Drehfal as patterns, symbols, and systems across long expanses. She feels most in flow gardening and making large-scale snowshoe & garden art. Anne believes we can all learn from the natural and symbolic worlds and can hone our abilities to access that wisdom and support as we move through our daily lives. This is sacred work that our ancestors across the planet used to tap into and it’s an important skill to cultivate as we witness a more and more human-centric era on this planet.

Space is limited and registration is required by 7/16/2026. Saturday 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm.  $48/Non-Member and $40/Member.
