Creating Your Own Log Stamp: A Northwoods Forest History Experience Program

Join the Northwoods Forest History Experience team for these monthly programs! How did the logs sent down the rivers get identified at the mill for cutting? Many camps sent logs in the same river drive to the sawmills. Design your own log stamp and stamp a bandana to take home and remember one of the stories of logging in the Northwoods.

Geared toward children ages 7 - 12. Program held at the Northwoods Forest History Experience building. Registration required by 7/16/2026. $15/Members of the NLDC or the Manitowish Waters Historical Society (MWHS) and $20/Non-Members. Saturday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
