StoryWalk ® Trail Program: In Grandpa's Woods by Sharon Hart Addy

Join Frank B. Koller Library Director Callie as we reveal the latest story along StoryWalk Trail, In Grandpa's Woods by Sharon Hart Addy. Children can explore Grandpa’s woods with Amy and Chad as they search for the perfect location for their play structure. Along the way, adults and children will learn the basics of sustainable forestry as they follow the children on their explorations. Delightful illustrations depict Wisconsin wildlife and scenery. This is a program that connects literacy and outdoor recreation by placing a children’s nature-themed story out along the trail. We will walk and read the new book together, followed by a fun craft! This program is intended for children ages 4-7. Parents are asked to stay with their children and participate.

Please register the child/children names only. Space is limited and registration is required by 06/16/26. These programs are free of charge and are sponsored by the Shepherd-Howells Fund and the Frank B. Koller Memorial Library. Participants will meet at the Grand Pavilion at the Discovery Center.
