Natural Pages Reading Group: Summer World by Bernd Heinrich

A partnership between the Discovery Center and Koller Library, each month we will focus on a different nature-based book each month, with discussions led by either Discovery Center or library staff. Books will be available for checkout at the library in the weeks prior to the meeting. Bernd Heinrich's "Summer World" explores the complex interactions of animals and plants with nature, giving extraordinary depth to the relationships between habitat and the warming of the earth. Author of "Winter World" and "Mind of the Raven" Bernd Heinrich's work elucidates on the intricacies of the natural world through lens of looking at the forest right outside his own cabin door.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration is not required but is appreciated.This month's Natural Pages Reading Group gathering will be held at the Koller Library in Manitowish Waters.  Tuesday 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
