Description

The Stephens Family Foundation Wisconsin Black Bear Research Project has been active since the 1970's with a long standing focus on studying the ecology and life history of bears in northern Wisconsin. This research has shaped much of what is known about bears in the state and continues to inform management. Join Hayden Walkush, UW-Stevens Point Graduate Student, for this presentation as he shares information on the project, how they study bears, and their role in education.
