Embark on an adventure with Discovery Center’s Jenna & Don as we explore the wonders of Mellen and Cable! Our journey begins at the Cable Natural History Museum, where you'll enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the facility and its fascinating exhibits. We'll take a break to savor lunch in their charming pavilion before heading to Copper Falls State Park. There, we'll hike the scenic 1.7-mile Doughboy’s Trail, uncovering the breathtaking geology and stunning waterfalls along the way. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with nature and discover the beauty of Wisconsin’s great outdoors!
An email will be sent to registered participants in advance of the program, but participants should be prepared for a day of travel, including bringing along ample snacks, lunch, water bottle, and appropriate attire. The Discovery Center staff will provide transportation for participants. Registration required by 5/26/25. Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
